Help with Dayna

Answers to common questions about the Dayna app and your account. If you can't find what you need, email support@daynahealth.com and we'll help.

Joining Dayna

Dayna is available by invitation from a participating practitioner. If you're expecting an invitation and haven't received it, check your email's junk or spam folder first, then ask your practitioner to resend it. Dayna is currently available to invited adults aged 18 and over in Australia.

Resetting your password

On the Dayna sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter the email address your account uses. You'll receive an email with a secure link to set a new password. Reset links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. Still stuck? Email support@daynahealth.com from your account's email address.

Confirming your email

When you create your account, Dayna sends a confirmation email. Open it on the device where the Dayna app is installed and follow the link. If it has expired, request a new confirmation email from the sign-in screen.

Notifications

You can manage optional reminders and announcements inside the Dayna app, or through your device's notification settings. Essential security and account notifications may not be able to be turned off within the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Dayna account at any time from inside the app. See how to delete your account for the steps, what is removed, and what to do if you can't access the app.

Privacy questions

For questions about your personal information, including access, correction and deletion requests, see the Dayna Privacy Policy or email privacy@daynahealth.com.
